About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Web Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join our GMDIT team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will act as the Drupal Pod liaison partnering with Web Product Owner, Architects, Customer Identity teams, Web Admins, vendor/partners, and business stakeholders to facilitate agile processes and document business requirements and user stories for final solution design, build, and operation. In addition, you will support the Web Product Owner to plan, project manage the timely delivery of web solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities

•    Serves as an internal Drupal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and web adjacent technologies and related business processes.  
•    Identifies and translates complex business needs into clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. scopes high-level business needs to support project initiation and business case/scorecard development.  
•    Owns documentation and knowledge base articles across Jira, Confluence and Service Now including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and system Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
•    Serves as a partner and back-up resource to EMEA based Web Admin who supports Pantheon/Drupal and Mark Monitor/Com Laude CDN administration.  
•    Facilities Agile scrum ceremonies (PI planning, stand-ups, grooming, PO syns, retrospectives) within Drupal Pod and vendor/partner. 
•    Supports rationalization and prioritization of requirements and security updates in partnership with Technical Lead, Web PO, Architects, developers, and vendor/partners. 
•    Analyzes team metrics (velocity, throughput, burndown predictability) to drive transparency and accountability and identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes. 
•    Communicates functional and non-functional requirements to solution architects, in addition to translating complex concepts into simple language for stakeholder alignment.  
•    Serves as a partner and back-up resource to EMEA based Web Admin who supports Pantheon/Drupal and Mark Monitor/Com Laude CDN administration.  
•    Remains current with all relevant technologies and best practices, contributing new ideas to the team where needed.

Required Qualifications

•    3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master working within Drupal CMS ecosystems, web components and content publishing workflows.
•    Familiarity with web performance, accessibility, and security considerations within modern web architectures.  
•    Understanding of SEO/GEO best practices.  
•    Certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent preferred.  
•    Experience with visual management tools (Kanban boards, burn-down charts) and backlog refinement. 
•    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, experience with creating presentations for complex web technology solutions.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities (with both technical and non-technical audiences), including demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively across diverse stakeholders.  
•    Travel ~10%

Desired Qualifications

•    Understanding of Customer Identity Solutions including PING, Microsoft Entra preferred, as well as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification considered a plus.
•    Certification in Business Analysis, such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) considered a plus.
•    Experience in Medical Device, Pharma, or regulated industries preferred.
