About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team.  In this role you will be working within Gore Medical’s Sales and Marketing team, responsible for a team that leverages Salesforce as the primary platform, along with other integrated Applications.  This is a Global team with accountability for delivery in many countries. The team practices Scaled Agile (“SAFe”) agile methodologies.  This role will be responsible for soliciting, understanding and incorporating Business goals and strategies as the purpose for Salesforce; snd considering practicalities of IT systems to collaboratively create an overall Product Vision, the basis of Product Backlogs, which will be used by multiple Product Owners and their Scrum Teams.  It will also be responsible for coordinating with other programs, such as SAP, to ensure overall quality of solutions delivered across Gore. Stakeholders include Sales and Marketing Leadership, IT Leadership, Field Sales Associates, Account team at Salesforce.

 

This position offers flexible work arrangement options: on-site at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona, hybrid or fully remote in most locations within the United States. 

Responsibilities

  • Champions business requirements end to end
  • Prioritizes a backlog for multiple teams to execute from
  • Responsible for user experience and quality of solution delivered
  • Works closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to optimize existing processes within Program Delivery and Program Dev Teams
  • Steers and directs Product Owners
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning events once a quarter as a lead representative of the workstream.
  • Coordinate and lead discovery meetings with Leaders, users, and other stakeholders to understand the complex interactions between our business processes and digital capabilities
  • Collaborates with other programs and their leadership, such as SAP

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience implementing Salesforce or other CRM solutions
  • Minimum 3 years experience working agile methodologies, preferably as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with B2B Sales
  • Flexibility to work in global time zones
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 40%

Desired Qualifications

 

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
