About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service to join our GPS Sales Operations who will partner with Sales Team to support customers in the Mobile Electronic Market. This is a temporary role with 19 months contract.

   

This role will be located at our facility in South Korea.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer support
  • Communicated effectively with sales people, customers and other key stakeholders
  • Create, manage and follow up on quotations
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, proactively resolving issues related to Manufacturing plants, logistics, and warehouse
  • FCST and Inventory management
  • Administer and provide ongoing support for E-Commerce platforms
  • Coordinate and balance customer needs at Gore                 
  • Understand and follow established procedures/guidelines
  • Assist with Account Receivable collections and support Finance audit
  • Provide customer service and phone support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalents
  • Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience in B2B environment
  • Has experience using CRM and ERP systems (SAP/ Oracle knowledge helpful)
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Responsible, approachable, and demonstrate strong team collaboration skills
  • Positive attitude, fast learner and adaptable to change
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
