About the Role
We are looking for a Field Sales - Aortic to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Accountable for meeting or exceeding the sales forecast in specific geographic area.
• Actively pursues profitable sales opportunities.
• Skilled in the use of premise-based forecasting techniques.
• Have in-depth account, market segment, industry, and competitor knowledge.
• Understands and contributes towards value pricing, is a "value" seller.
• Proactive in making sales calls, be comfortable for traveling frequently
• Understands the needs of the customer and pairs them with Gore's product strategy.
• Builds, maintains and defends long-term customer relationships.
• Effective KOL management, market data collection, develop new business to aligns with Gore business needs
• Be an active team member with other product specialists and in a cooperative and constructive approach to achieve team goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor in medical or medicine
• Proven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the medical devices sales area
• Will have worked in or able to demonstrate an understanding of the imperatives of a business environment.
• Clinical background in interventional areas or sales experience to this environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of self-motivation and passion, ensuring the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Capable and willing to travel extensively, and attend weekend conferences as required.
• Commercial acumen.
• High integrity.
