About the Role
We are looking for a Feld Sales Associate to join our Medical Product Division Sales Team. In this role, you will be accountable for meeting or exceeding the sales forecast in specific geographic area.
Responsibilities
Develop profitable sales opportuntes, proactively make sales calls
Develop new business to align wih Gore business needs
Ensure the KOL maragement market data collection, etc.., are effective, build, maintain and defend long-term
customer relationships
Ensure the cooperation with other product specialists are eactive and constructive,to achieve team goals and
objectives
Implement value pricing principle, be a value seller, skilled in the use of premise-based forecasting techniques
Implement Gore's product strategy understand the needs of the customer
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in medical or medicine
Proven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the medical devices sales area
Clinical background in interventional areas or sales experience to this environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A high level of self- motivation and passion, ensuring the ability to work under minimal supervision
Commercial acumen. high integrity and capable
Ability to work in or demonstrate an understanding of the imperatives of a business environment
Ability to travel extensively up 10% and attend veekend canferences as required
