About the Role

We are looking for a Feld Sales Associate to join our Medical Product Division Sales Team. In this role, you will be accountable for meeting or exceeding the sales forecast in specific geographic area. This is a remote postion, and you can work from home in Shenzhen, China where you can fulfill the duties of your role.

Responsibilities

1.Develop profitable sales opportuntes, proactively make sales calls
2.Develop new business to align wih Gore business needs
3.Ensure the KOL maragement market data collection, etc.., are effective, build, maintain and defend long-termcustomer relationships
4.Ensure the cooperation with other product specialists are eactive and constructive,to achieve team goals andobjectives
5.Implement value pricing principle, be a value seller, skilled in the use of premise-based forecasting techniques
6.Implement Gore's product strategy understand the needs of the customer

 

Required Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in medical or medicine;
2.Proven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the medical devices sales area;
3. Clinical background in interventional areas or sales experience to this environment;
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
5.A high level of self- motivation and passion, ensuring the ability to work under minimal supervision;
6.Commercial acumen. high integrity and capable;
7.Ability to work in or demonstrate an understanding of the imperatives of a business environment;
8.Ability to travel extensively up 60% and attend veekend canferences as required.
