About the Role

We are looking for a senior Mechanical Technician to join our FAB workshop team in Shenzhen Free Trade Zone. In this role, you will be responsible manufacturing machine maintenance and emergency repair.

This position will be based at Gore facility in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities

  • Implement machine preventive maintenance, handle daily troubleshooting, and quickly resolve machine trouble
  • Deeply understand every machine’s constraint and give your improvement solutions
  • Record machine maintenance related data, machine modification documents and project documents
  • Support Design Engineer to upgrade and modify exist equipment, give your valuable input
  • Work with team member to achieve team goals
  • Check and prepare spare parts

Required Qualifications

  • Graduated from college or university in mechanical related subject, have solid professional knowledge and hands-on ability and problem-solving skills
  • At least 3 years machine maintenance experience
  • Familiar with mechanical drawing tools, such as Auto CAD, Solid works, and be able to draw the parts drawing independently
  • Understand advantage and disadvantage, willing to learning and improvement
  • Self-motivated, high ownership, passionate, open mind and positive work attitude
  • Have good team work and cooperation, have good communication skills
  • Be able to operate the machine equipment, such as lathe machine, milling machine, welding machine and drilling machine
  • Can work shift (include night shift)
  • Ability to travel up to 5%

Desired Qualifications

  • Maintenance experience in textile, paper and printing machine  
  • Electrical related knowledge
  • Acquired the special operation certification in mechanical field operation
