About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will take the commitment to take care of recruiting activities for AP region. This is a temporary role with 24 months contract.

  

This role will be located in our facility in Shenzhen, China.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the business and function to understand current and future talent needs
  • Act as an Employer Brand ambassador by modeling Gore’s values and principles at each candidate touch point
  • Develop and drive sourcing strategies that leverage current and emerging channels
  • Assess candidate capabilities in alignment with functional competencies and Gore culture fit
  • Support integrated talent management initiatives through close partnership with Talent Manager, HR Business Partner and Total Rewards team members

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, including hiring for executive-level positions
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies with an emphasis on diverse talent pools
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects, small teams, or process improvement initiatives
  • Prior experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Experience working in dynamic and evolving business environment
  • Proven success driving global hiring processes across complex business models
  • Proven track record of creating, sharing, and driving best practices and continuous improvement in collaboration with other HR Functions
  • Capability to serve as a talent advisor to the businesses and functions, which includes leveraging business acumen, talent market and industry-specific data to drive short and long-term talent strategies; rapidly gaining credibility and successfully influencing every key step of the hiring process; building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships across functions, business stakeholders, regions, and cultures

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using project management concepts and tools to drive process optimization
  • Fundamental understanding of social sourcing, talent pipeline and workforce planning concepts
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media practices and proficiency in a second language other than English
