About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Manger Configuration Analyst (f/m/d) to join our SAP Team. In this role, you will provide configuration support in line with our implementation strategy that supports our SAP S/4 implementation project. We are looking to add a new member to an already established Solution Manager team.
This position offers flexible work arrangement options: on-site at our facility in Putzbrunn, near Munich, hybrid or fully remote in most locations within Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support the S/4 implementation through configuration of SAP Solution Manager
- Work with project team members across many domains to ensure their needs are met through the SDLC process
- Identify areas where Solution Manager can enable successful delivery of the S/4 project through relationship building and collaboration
- Influence team members to meet at the intersection of People, Process and Technology
- Partner with Basis team to maintain system parameters based on Early Watch reports to ensure the systems work and perform as expected
- Implement the Solution Manager roadmap strategy and meet targeted deadlines
- Configure and maintain 3rd party interfaces other applications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years implementing SAP Solution Manager
- Prior demonstrated experience configuring Change and Release Management (ChaRM) & transport management
- Demonstrated knowledge in Solution Documentation, Test Suite and Test Management
- Proven ability to turn user requirements into system functionality
- Ability to distill Solution Manager roles into requirements and pass to SAP Security team for implementation
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing Focused Build and Focused Build add-ons, Focused Insight and Operations Control Center
- Experience with GxP regulated lines of business
- Demonstrated experience with interfacing Solution Manager with tools such as ServiceNow and Tricetis along with other industry standard tools. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem-solving capabilities, proven ability to build and maintain relationships with businesses, customers, vendors, and IT
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
