About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity with the ability to work out of either Phoenix or Flagstaff, Arizona. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Gore Medical and our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, overseeing vendor performance, ensuring process excellence, and fostering a collaborative, results-driven relationship. This role will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, driving process improvements, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the partnership. 

 

In addition, this role will manage sensitive and high-impact hiring initiatives internally, including executive-level recruitment, confidential requisitions, intern and early career programs. The ideal candidate will blend relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruiting expertise to deliver exceptional talent outcomes to the business. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the RPO provider, maintaining clear, effective, and productive working relationships
  • Monitor and manage RPO performance against defined SLAs and KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring leader satisfaction

  • Lead regular business reviews with the RPO partner to assess performance, address issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities

  • Partner with the RPO team to optimize recruiting workflows, recruitment marketing strategies, and candidate sourcing approaches

  • Directly manage full-cycle recruiting for executive-level, confidential, and other high-priority requisitions

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners to define and execute talent strategies for executive and specialized roles

  • Lead staffing efforts for internship programs, rotational development programs, and early career recruiting

  • Support onboarding and engagement initiatives to ensure a positive early-career candidate experience and strong long-term talent outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or Human Resources

  • Demonstrated success leading executive-level and highly confidential searches

  • Strong vendor management capabilities and relationship-building skills

  • Experience using recruitment metrics, reporting, and analytics to drive decisions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple priorities

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity

  • Comfortable operating across both strategic and hands-on execution responsibilities

  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment with a strong understanding of equitable practices

Desired Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience directly managing RPO or external recruitment vendor relationships. 

  • 2-3 years of experience building and managing early career recruitment programs preferred

 

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.   Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
