About the Role
Build and lead Commercial Excellence capabilities for the Americas region that enable consistent commercial execution across the Americas PMO, strengthen go-to-market performance, and deliver increased visibility to physician and account customer engagements in support of commercial activities. This role will drive alignment across Americas Sales, Marketing, and other key partners to accelerate growth opportunities and maximize the productivity of our commercial investments through data-driven insights and process improvements.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Utilize analytics to identify opportunities and weaknesses and collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies to drive solutions
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to define commercial priorities, success metrics, and regional performance expectations
- Serve as the integrator across Americas commercial teams: Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Sales Analytics
- Define KPIs for category/product sales funnels and physician customer health
- Support enhanced utilization of CRM and data-driven behaviors for engaging customers and referrers
- Develop customer scoring models and segmentation frameworks to support commercial teams’ focus and priorities
- Collaborate closely with PMO to ensure plans include measurable commercial performance goals and tracking mechanisms.
- Develop unified reporting frameworks for new product launches, ensuring operational readiness and adoption
- Build standardized commercial processes, foster adoption, and reduce waste through training, communication and continuous improvement
- Representing Americas sales, sales operations, marketing, and customer requirements and strategies to SaM IT partners
- Develop communications channels and best practices for field sales communications from product and marketing teams
- Lay the foundation for a scalable Commercial Excellence team, initially leading the Commercial Excellence Analyst(s)
- Integrate external market data platform strategy (e.g. Clearsight)
- Execute & delivering internal communications
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, masters or commensurate job experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years commercial excellence or strategy roles
- Understanding of medical device space, territory construction, analytics including account segmentation and alignment
- Adept at traditional business tools (word, excel, etc) with knowledge of how to best utilize A.I. to improve efficiencies and outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 30%
