Position Purpose / Description

We are looking for Data Specialist to join our team, you will be responsible for operational execution and business support related to provider data, pricing agreements, and contract programs. This role ensures high‑quality data within ERP and CRM systems to enable accurate and compliant execution of corporate sales agreements aligned with Regional commercial strategy.The position is primarily internally focused and emphasizes data accuracy, system maintenance, process discipline, and operational consistency. The role partners closely with Corporate Account Directors and cross‑functional teams to support pricing programs, agreement execution, and contract compliance.

 

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer contract pricing, agreement, and affiliation data within ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance
  • Perform operational data maintenance for pricing agreements, rebate programs, pricing reviews, and customer affiliations
  • Apply critical thinking to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and system‑related issues
  • Execute and support corporate sales agreements in partnership with Corporate Account Directors
  • Administer rebate programs, pricing reviews, and required contract reporting to ensure adherence to contractual terms
  • Execute pricing and contract configuration updates related to product launches, portfolio changes, and product discontinuations
  • Work closely with teammates within the Corporate Accounts Data team to ensure consistent execution, coverage, and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Support, Accounting, Contracts, and Sales to resolve data and agreement issues and provide status updates
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders regarding data status, execution issues, and required actions
  • Maintain compliance with required training expectations for the position
  • Contribute to best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, pricing support, or customer/provider data management 
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency working in ERP and CRM systems
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data across systems, identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and implement effective, compliant solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

 

Desired Qualifications

  • SAP Experience

 

This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.  Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
