About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Corporate Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pricing agreements with independent hospitals and regional health systems in a defined geography. You will be responsible for working with field sales associates and sales leaders to address specific product pricing requests as well as identifying opportunities to leverage Gore’s entire portfolio for contract solutions that meet customer needs and maximize value for Gore. Key to success in this role is the ability to understand and defend the position of Gore’s medical technology within your defined customer base and execute Gore’s pricing strategy.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
Pay and Benefits:
- $150,000 - $204,000 per year
- Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Align to team sales objectives.
- Coordinate and engage the Corporate Account Directors to understand and manage regional business dynamics and align pricing strategies across business units.
- Work with the Field Sales Organization to effectively identify business opportunities and coordinate activities to support business objectives.
- Manage contract renewals and align pricing with pre-defined pricing parameters.
- Effectively negotiate agreements that support the value of Gore’s product offering and consider the clinical and financial needs of the customer.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned territory to ensure successful implementation of agreements, customer satisfaction and volume retention.
- Identify and prioritize customer issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal teams to provide response and/or solutions.
- Develop clinical knowledge of Gore’s medical technology and the procedures they are used in.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Broad understanding of business, financial systems, and organizational decision-making
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple agreements and customers simultaneously
- Travel up to 15%, or as business needs dictate
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
Preference for experience working with health system supply chain.
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
