About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our Semiconductor System (70%) and Aerospace & Defense (30%) team in High Growth Region. In this role, you will be responsible to promote and sell our commercialized products in Semiconductor System market (mainly cable) and Aerospace & Defense market (cable and aircraft sealant) for the assigned customers and uncovering new customer in Japan.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive profitable revenue growth with our commercialized products in Semiconductor System market (mainly cable) and Aerospace & Defense market (cable and aircraft sealant) for the assigned customers and uncovering new customer in Japan.
  2. Developing & expanding long-term customer’s relationships up the customer organization to achieve first in mind for Gore’s Products in Semiconductor System market and Aerospace & Defense market for customer’s new projects and maximizing customer’s satisfaction.
  3. "Consultative selling" with technically-oriented customers. Managing the customer’s project using CRM (SalesForce)
  4. Playing active role in our market facing team based in High Growth region and globally: 
    - Regular, effective communications of customer unmet needs and market trend to Market Lead/Strategic Marketer/Product Specialist
    - Developed and execute sales strategies
  5. Selling and understanding value and negotiating pricing
  6. Development and attainment of sales forecast
  7. First level technical and quality support for customers and collaborate with AppE to win projects
  8. Communicate territory strategies internally through regular use of Sales Tools.

Required Qualifications

  • University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience (Engineering background, MBA a plus)
  • More than 5 yrs technical sales experience.
  • Strong & proven sales track record with value selling background
  • Good technical background (able to understand key technical knowledge for cable and aircraft sealant business)
  • Exposure working in multinational organizations - dealing with MNC accounts

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiar with OEM/ODM/CM business practice in Semiconductor and Aerospace & Defense industry. Experience in selling and technical aspects of cables and aircraft sealant is a plus
  • Experience with complex and formalized customer imposed quality and/or supplier documentation requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work with other FSA’s on collaboration project at global accounts
