About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Peripheral Vascular Clinical Specialist (f/m/d) to join our EEMEA Medical Products Division to develop business opportunities and maximize clinical/technical outcome by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers.
This is a remote position and you can work from your home office in most locations within EMEA, preferred locations (close to international airport): Italy, Germany, Spain, France, UK.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert of the Peripheral portfolio and point of reference for technical/ clinical matters & Provide field support to both customers and other field staff
- Work both in the operating room and medical departments, as well as engaging with external business stakeholders
- With the coordination and the alignment with the Sales Team, support the growth of new/current business within the territory, develop business opportunities and maximize clinical/technical outcome by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers
- Analyze and understand the market/treatment algorithm to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines
- Deal with a range of contact points within hospital administrations, clinical members, and their purchasing departments
- Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, as well as attend surgical procedure, also participate and develop presentations for conventions, forums, and meetings for the purpose of product awareness; share product information/data analysis to clinical research groups
- Deliver in-depth training to physicians, to Team Members and to Distributors
- Attend international and regional congresses and implement local sales promotion activities
- Be an active member of a great and very experienced team
Required Qualifications
- Requires consolidated & proven experience in Peripheral Vascular field
- Skilled in working with distributors and agents
- In possession of key account capability combined with marketing and/or product management
- Ability to proactively plan, deliver and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritize and drive successful outcomes
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and well-organized team-player, who will naturally interact with other colleagues across EEMEA and Europe on a regular basis
- Strong communication, technical/clinical and commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence
- Ability to undertake travel across the whole responsible area (travel time: 80%)
- Fluent in English
