About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Associate (f/m/d) to join our EEMEA GMP (Gore Medical Products) Team with specific responsibility for Greece, Turkey, Cyprus and Malta to develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the current business within the territory, develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers
- Analyze and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines
- Deal with a range of contact points within public hospital administrations and their purchasing departments
- Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, as well as attend surgical procedures, provide clinical product training, conduct product presentations, and be accountable for your own investment budgets
- Attend international and regional congresses and implement local sales promotion activities
- Work both in the operating room and medical departments, as well as engaging with external business stakeholders
- Be an active member of a great and very experienced team
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the MedTech Industry, or professional work experience in a comparable medical sales position
- Skilled in working with distributors and agents to deliver strong sales growth
- In possession of extensive commercial sales/key account capability combined with marketing and/or product management
- Ability to proactively plan, deliver and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritize and drive the business to success
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and well-organized team-player, who will naturally interact with other colleagues across EEMEA and Europe on a regular basis
- Strong communication and commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence
- Ability to undertake travel across the whole responsible area (travel time: 80%)
- This role offers the opportunity to work remotely based in EMEA
- Fluent in English

- Any other Languages skills spoken in the area
- This is a remote position and you can work from your home office in most locations in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, UK. Preferred close to an International Airport
