About the Role

Starting as soon as possible we are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) to join our Supply Chain Team in Putzbrunn, near Munich, to support in the areas of Supply Chain Planning. For this position you are available for 2 to 2 ½ days per week during the semester, more during your semester break, for a duration of 1 year or ideally longer.

Responsibilities

  • Prove your communication skills and your planning and organizational capabilities
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and counterparts
  • Be the interface between colleagues and suppliers
  • Take care of logistic and administrative tasks in the department
  • Support the team for the preparation of Supplier Forecast, meeting preparation and order confirmation
  • Evaluate the obtained data, interpret the results and give your input
  • Place purchase orders and maintain them until receipt
  • Manage the reconciliation of our inventory

 

Qualifications

  • You are an enrolled student of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a similar course of studies, ideally with experience in Supply Chain Management
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You bring passion for numbers and complex processes
  • You like to communicate and have an organizational talent
  • Doing data research and analyzing the results is easy for you
  • Detailed and accurate working is natural to you
  • You keep an overview even when working in various projects
  • You are keen to take the initiative and enjoy working in an international environment
  • Teamwork is just as important to you as working independently, especially in a virtual environment
